    • A personal trainer will take the session at a convenient time for you and your friends. There is a maximum of four in each group.
  • Terms & Conditions

    • All membership packages are set up on a monthly subscription. You will receive a membership card with your picture and a start & expiry date. If you do not use the sessions in the time provide you will lose the sessions.

> Aerobics (Coming Soon)

This class include a mixture of high and low impact exercises that are designed to challenge your heart and lungs, improving your stamina and burning off those calories. These classes incorporate a 30-35 minute aerobic component which is suitable for people of all fitness abilities. These sessions kick off with a progressive warm-up and finish with a cool down and stretch. Ideal for those new to this form of exercise.

> Body Blast Circuit

A gym based workout aiming to develop all areas of fitness including: abdominals, obliques, core strength and posture. A whole body workout that involves cardio machines, resistance machines and mat work. This class aims to develop stamina, strength and general health. This class can help to improve an individual’s level of fitness. A great way to get a quick workout and relieve stress, Ideal for both sexes. All levels welcome.

> Boot Camp Circuits

This unique circuit based workout has been developed to dramatically improve all areas of fitness, Body, boost self-confidence and relieve stress. A whole body workout that involves strength training, toning and stamina building and is designed to change the shape of your body with army based training techniques. These sessions are tough enough to challenge even the fittest amongst you. A great combination of fun activities and exercise. Ideal for both sexes.

A female only circuit based workout has been developed to dramatically improve all areas. A whole body workout that involves toning, flexibility and stamina work. Aiming to target those problem areas like torso, legs, bums and tums.

A class that targets those problem areas like torso, legs bums and tums by firming and toning the muscles for a sleeker and smoother appearance. Low impact exercise using gravity as a main source of resistance, light weights might be used.
