- Our (degree level exercise and health science) trainers have conducted their own research on fitness training and health in order to provide our clients with the latest concepts and therefore the best service possible. Existing members will vouch for the effectiveness and methods.

How to Pay
- Each class costs £5 per person or £25 for 6 sessions
- (You must use these sessions within two months of your start date).
- To participate in adult classes you must be sixteen or over. Classes are held at Longfords Health and Fitness Club (Studio 1)

Enjoy a steady run. A 5k run at your own pace with in a group of other gym members. The group will wait for 5 minutes for late participants. The run is aimed at members of the gym, personal training clients and regular class goers. See Patrick and Join in!
A gym based workout aiming to develop all areas of fitness including: abdominals, obliques, core strength and posture. A whole body workout that involves cardio machines, resistance machines and mat work. This class aims to develop stamina, strength and general health. This class can help to improve an individual’s level of fitness. A great way to get a quick workout and relieve stress, Ideal for both sexes. All levels welcome.
This unique circuit based workout has been developed to dramatically improve all areas of fitness, Body, boost self-confidence and relieve stress. A whole body workout that involves strength training, toning and stamina building and is designed to change the shape of your body with army based training techniques. These sessions are tough enough to challenge even the fittest amongst you. A great combination of fun activities and exercise. Ideal for both sexes.
Boxercise is one of the best ways to get in shape. Learning the techniques of boxing along side circuit based fitness training. A great way of relieving stress Ideal for both sexes. Give it a go!
A female only circuit based workout has been developed to dramatically improve all areas. A whole body workout that involves toning, flexibility and stamina work. Aiming to target those problem areas like torso, legs, bums and tums.

- These one hour sessions are designed for two to four clients. You and your friends can participate in group sessions for a discounted price. Another great way to benefit from personal training at a low cost.
